CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that you confirm or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid an inconvenience fee. Please note the following: If you confirm an appointment and later cancel, cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, or do not show up, you may be subject to an inconvenience fee. In the event we are unable to charge this fee, it will be added to your next appointment booking. We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, so you have the option to pay the inconvenience fee upfront and reschedule if needed. Clients are allotted three strikes before we are unable to continue scheduling appointments. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
